• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

• Custom or personalised artworks are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos.

3. Return Authorization:

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

• Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

• Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage for your records.

5. Inspection and Processing:

• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
