This piece is characterised predominantly by the texture ( using mastic, a sealent or adhesive used in construction). It gives an energetic confidence that dances across the surface. I wanted to reciprocate this by painting something that is secure, certain and yet also vulnerable. Arm stretched overhead, reveals the breast.
